They never say &#8220;that&#8217;s not my job.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invent and Simplify.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders expect and require innovation and invention from their teams and always find ways to simplify.
