For businesses looking to adopt internet video content &#8212; especially a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/marissa-levin\/your-personal-brand-is-one-of-your-most-strategic-assets-heres-how-to-make-it-work-for-you.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">personal brand<\/a>&nbsp;ready to utilize short-form video optimized for mobile &#8212; the iron is hot for the striking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rising social media platform\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/young-entrepreneur-council\/from-gen-z-app-to-worthwhile-investment-how-to-integrate-tiktok-into-business-marketing.html\" target=\"_blank\">Tik Tok<\/a>, which offers a set of features for creating and sharing short videos, has seen adult users increase exponentially in the past few months, rising to more than\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oberlo.com\/blog\/tiktok-statistics\">500 million active users<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQJPvx03rJ-5Y0B_iDFwUa3N17riyvK3nLKBXjCddfeeeJxbRbSTQ&amp;s\" alt=\"Short-Form Video  Take a Bigger Chunk of Marketing Spend \" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Jeffrey Katzenberg&#8217;s billion-dollar mobile video platform Quibi (&#8220;quick bites&#8221;) is earning comparisons to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dazzlepop.net\/site\/category\/e-marketing\/\">Netflix<\/a>. Beyond the hype, it has some interesting things going for it. Their plan to capitalize on the popularity of short-form video content is timely.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quibi&#8217;s main rival, YouTube,&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/news\/over-2-billion-youtube-users-are-logged-in-and-watching-every-month\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hit 2 billion users this year<\/a>, bringing it neck-and-neck with Facebook as the world&#8217;s most popular social platform.&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.omnicoreagency.com\/youtube-statistics\/\">Ninety-five percent<\/a>&nbsp;of internet users worldwide watch YouTube. According to some reports, the world watches&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.androidauthority.com\/youtube-stats-1016070\/\">as much YouTube content every day<\/a>&nbsp;as it does on Netflix in a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to reach people, short-form video is increasingly the easiest way to do so.
