Here are three steps to get you off the sidelines and ready to leverage AI this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Know what you&#8217;re getting into, and do your homework.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step in determining your AI strategy is to understand the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inc.com\/anne-gherini\/what-elon-musk-got-wrong-with-artificial-intelligence.html\">strengths and limitations\u00a0<\/a>of AI. While humans are still far superior in social and creative intelligence, AI reigns supreme in tackling routine work. Most AI solutions&nbsp;I have tried for sales and marketing entails a lot of heavy lifting to get right.
