Fortunately, self-care doesn&#8217;t have to take up too much of your time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if you have just five minutes in your day, try these eight tried-and-true wellness activities recommended by successful entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make a checklist.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For many people, those feelings of overwhelm creep in when they are unorganized and feel like everything is piling up at once. That&#8217;s why Syed Balkhi, co-founder of&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wpbeginner.com\/\">WPBeginner<\/a>, says it helps to create a checklist and to organize what you have to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You can then prioritize your tasks and cross them off,&#8221; Balkhi adds. &#8220;Creating a checklist can make a mountain of work seem manageable and can reduce your stress levels.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.incimages.com\/uploaded_files\/image\/970x450\/getty_955753008_414959.jpg\" alt=\"Feeling Overwhelmed (8 Self-Care Activities That Take 5 Minutes or Less)\" \/><figcaption>Feeling Overwhelmed (8 Self-Care Activities That Take 5 Minutes or Less)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meditate.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Colbey Pfund, co-founder of&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hugscbd.com\/\">HUGS Wellness<\/a>, you truly only need five minutes to reap the benefits of a quick meditation session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Close the door to your office, turn off all devices, close your eyes and focus on your breathing,&#8221; says Pfund. &#8220;Meditation has transformed my life. In those overwhelming moments, I take five minutes for myself and feel completely refreshed afterward.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Listen to your favorite music.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Music has a way of lifting your mood, even when you&#8217;re at your most stressed. Stephanie Wells, founder of&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/formidableforms.com\/\">Formidable Forms<\/a>, recommends playing music that makes you feel calm, relaxed and free of worries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You can create a separate playlist to house this music for those moments when you need a breather so it doesn&#8217;t take long to find,&#8221; Wells explains. &#8220;Music is one of the easiest ways to help me get outside of my head and concentrate on more positive things.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do breathing exercises.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re all breathing constantly, but when was the last time you stopped to actually pay attention to your breath?
